Metal Sales - Commodities (London)

We are working with our client, a highly respected player in the commodities space, to appoint an experienced Metal Sales professional to join our client's team in London on a permanent basis.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Commodities expertise - 4-9 years experience in the commodities sector, with a particular focus on base metals markets.
  • Sales - Proven ability to originate, develop, and close metal-related sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding a portfolio of clients.
  • Metals (Base metals) - Hands-on exposure to base metals trading or sales, understanding pricing, supply-demand drivers, and client needs in this space.
  • Options experience - Practical experience structuring and discussing options products, enabling tailored risk management and hedging solutions for clients.
  • LME understanding - Strong knowledge of LME products, contracts, and mechanisms, allowing you to navigate the exchange efficiently and advise clients credibly.
