Job Opportunity: MFP Service Engineer
Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering outstanding customer service? Want to work for a company that genuinely values work-life balance? We're looking for an MFP Service Engineer to join our field-based Service team, installing, maintaining, and repairing multifunction printers (MFPs) across the Sheffield area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance
- Install new devices
- Train customers
- Manage van stock
- Maintain accurate service records
- Work closely with our call center to meet service level agreements
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service

Requirements
- Proven electromechanical skills and experience servicing MFPs or printers to component level
- Strong communication, customer service, and networking skills
- Good time management
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Good understanding of Health & Safety
- GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence

Benefits
- Salary: Up to £31,000 basic + company car + excellent employee benefits
