Front Desk Team Leader
Responsible for Front Desk daily operations and supervision of the Front Desk Team, leading the team while working with associates to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of the highest standards of service, striving to ensure guest and associate satisfaction whilst maximizing the financial performance of the department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing the hotel as loyalty program champion
- Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel at home
- Leading and inspiring a fantastic front office team
- Keeping check-ins and check-outs smooth as silk
- Handling guest requests like a professional
- Ensuring every stay is nothing short of amazing
