Exciting Opportunity for a Mental Health Practitioner
We have an exciting opportunity for a mental health practitioner to be part of the complex emotional and relational needs (CERN) pathway based at Gateway House, Wymondham. If you have a core profession and are registered with a professional body (such as Nursing, OT, Social Work) then we would like to hear from you.
About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge and experience of working with people with complex emotional and relational needs. You will be part of the South/ West Dialectic Behaviour Therapy consult with a primary focus to provide NICE concordant DBT interventions to service users with personality disorder and other complex needs. The role includes:
- Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary members of the team
- Contributing to the development of an evolving pathway and shaping the future of our services
Responsibilities
- Delivering specialised Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Personality Disorder to working-age adults, including opportunities for individual and group work.
- Participating in DBT consult.
- Collaborating within a dynamic multi-disciplinary mental health team, ensuring seamless integration of care, and providing consultation, supervision and training to non-therapist team colleagues.
- Adhering to service procedures, protocols, and guidelines to maintain exceptional standards.
- Balancing managerial and clinical supervision to optimise your performance and growth.
