Job&Talent Team is Looking for an Experienced FLT Driver / Telescopic Handler (TLT) Off-Loading Operator
Job&Talent team is looking for an experienced FLT Driver / Telescopic Handler (TLT) Off-Loading Operator to join our team, supporting operations within the Unipart/JCB manufacturing environment. This role involves the safe unloading of deliveries, precise movement of components and materials, and supporting production lines to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday - Thursday: 13:30am - 22:00pm
- Friday: 10:30am - 6:00pm
Pay Rates:
- Standard: £15.93 per hour
- Overtime: £21.24 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate FLT and Telehandler equipment safely within a busy Unipart/JCB site
- Off-load trailers, HGV deliveries and inbound goods
- Move pallets, components and materials to designated storage or production areas
- Handle components of different sizes and weights, including oversized components
- Use precision and care when moving large and high-value components to prevent damage
- Complete safety checks, records and paperwork as required
- Work closely with warehouse teams, line feeders and site supervisors
- Work as part of a busy yard operation with frequent HGV, vehicle and pedestrian movement
- Ensure compliance with all Unipart/JCB safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Telescopic Handler licence (RTITB / ITSSAR desirable)
- Experience working in a high-volume industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience handling components of varying sizes and weights
- Excellent awareness, precision and attention to detail when operating machinery
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow site procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
