MHE Instructor Opportunity at M&S Bradford

Are you an accredited MHE Instructor with a passion for developing others? Are you a natural people person who thrives on supporting and coaching colleagues? Have you been delivering MHE training regularly and are ready to hit the ground running?

If so, we want you to be part of our newly established MHE team supporting Clothing & Home at M&S Bradford as an MHE Instructor. In this role, you will support the Operational Training team in delivering MHE training across the Bradford site, ensuring high-quality training standards, operational competence, and the accurate completion of all required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver MHE training (PPT & LLOP) in line with the accrediting body association (ABA) and onsite guidelines
  • Be an ambassador for learning, leading by example whilst providing training & support to all learners and continuous on the job coaching
  • Keep up to date with the latest regulations & legislation relevant to MHE and H&S and ensure new practices are aligned within the business
  • Ensure all individual training is evaluated, recorded, and maintained as appropriate

Requirements

  • A recognised ABA accreditation, with recent and regular experience delivering MHE training
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • A valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance (CB) licence/certificate
  • Flexible in your approach to ensure business needs are met and exceeded, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong & accurate administration skills along with MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint

Job Details

This is a part-time, permanent position, working Monday to Wednesday (with some flexibility as required), totalling 22.5 hours per week.

Pay, Benefits, and More

  • You’ll be paid a salary of up to £18,000 per annum.
