We have an exciting opportunity for an MHE Instructor to join our Training Team at our Distribution Centre in Speke.
This role involves delivering LLOP, PPT, CB and Reach Truck assessments and training to nationally recognised standards, as well as Health & Safety and Manual Handling inductions.
You will be covering our WEEKEND DAY (Friday - Sunday 6am-6pm) shift
To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred in a similar fast paced Warehouse/Distribution/ Logistics environment
- Good knowledge of operating LLOP, PPT, CB or RT
- Strong Leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate and develop individuals as well as teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to keep your operation safe, by developing and maintaining a strong culture of Health & Safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build effective relationships across all levels
- An understanding of KPIs
- Confidence in challenging poor practices and behaviours
