Now Hiring: MHE Operative PM shifts - Wellingborough, NN8 6BT
We're looking for skilled and motivated MHE Operatives to join our team. We welcome in-house licenses HLOP. If you're ready to grow your skills and secure stable, ongoing work, we want to hear from you!
The induction and training will take place at the Corby site for the first week.

Shifts Available:
- Monday-Friday
- 14:00-22:00
Your Role Will Include:
- You'll be a key part of our warehouse operation, using MHE equipment (HLOOP) to support the movement, storage, and organisation of goods. This includes safely transporting products, ensuring stock is handled correctly.
- Carrying out general Warehouse Operative duties when not operating MHE equipment, showing flexibility and a team-focused approach.
- Attention to detail, safe working practices, and teamwork are essential to this role. Please note that manual handling is required, so you'll need to be comfortable lifting up to 16kg and working on your feet in a physically active environment.

Requirements:
- Mandatory MHE licence HLOP
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to lift up to 16kg
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
