About the project & The Adecco Group

The Adecco Group, based in Zurich, Switzerland, is one of the world's largest Human Resources providers and temporary staffing firms, and a Fortune Global 500 company.

The Adecco Group is made up of 3 distinct Global Business Units (GBU); Adecco, LHH and Akkodis. These industry leading brands span the full spectrum of end-to-end HR services, delivering across the board to our colleagues, clients and candidates.

At Adecco, we are proud to partner with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) in providing critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces. This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.

Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to our Bristol, Birmingham or London offices.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic MI analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, navigating complex information and using their analytical skills to support operational decision making.

Reporting to the Business Analyst, the MI Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the AFRS programme through the production, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management information, reporting, and data insights. The role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting that enables operational teams and stakeholders to monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations.

The MI Analyst will support the development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting suites, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of recruitment data across multiple systems. The role will work closely with operational delivery teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Produce and maintain regular operational, tactical and strategic MI reports across the AFRS programme.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance reporting solutions to support performance management.
  • Collect, validate and analyse recruitment data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual targets, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the Business Analyst in the delivery and continuous improvement of the AFRS MI suite.
  • Work with operational teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant data-driven insights.
  • Investigate data anomalies and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and analyses to support operational reviews, business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data is handled, stored and reported in accordance with legal, contractual and company policies.
  • Support data governance activities and promote best practice in reporting, data management and MI production.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase automation, efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation relating to reports, dashboards, data sources and reporting methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
