  • Produce regular and ad hoc management information in response to operational and business requirements.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to investigate performance trends, emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to improve usability, efficiency, and the quality of insight available to Claims colleagues.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, using appropriate tools and analytical techniques.
  • Investigate reporting issues, data discrepancies, and data quality concerns, completing validation and reconciliation checks where required.
  • Support root cause analysis by identifying patterns, relationships, and performance drivers within Claims data.
  • Present analytical findings clearly and concisely, making complex information accessible to non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, calculations, definitions, and data quality controls in line with agreed standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting activity and improve the efficiency and reliability of MI processes.
  • Support the development of new reports, measures, and analytical solutions under the guidance of the Data and Insights Lead.
  • Build knowledge of Claims operations, data structures, performance measures, and reporting requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
