MI Analyst x 2 - Fully Remote - INSIDE IR35 - Immediate/Early September Start Date
Job Description
This role focuses on supporting a new project team with delivering high-quality management information (MI) reporting. You will work closely with technology, risk and platform teams within our UK based clients AWS Platform.
Responsibilities
- Support in defining and refining of technology adoption processes.
- Create operational and executive-level MI.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) related to image management and adoption.
- Convert complex technical data into concise, actionable reporting suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish and document processes for image update notification and communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Support exception management processes.
- Produce effective reporting
- Report on outstanding actions, exceptions, ownership gaps and trends over time to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
- Contribute to the development of a project plans.
- Help establish processes for regular approved image update utilisation, including governance, testing and communication.
- Produce MI to track image count reduction, adoption levels, exceptions, trends and residual risk.

Essential Skills
- Demonstrated ability to define operating models that support standardisation of projects.
- Experience tracking adoption of technology services and reporting on adoption progress.
- Strong background in creating operational and executive-level MI.
- Ability to define and track KPIs and KRIs.
- Experience converting technical data into clear, actionable reporting for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Practical Experience working with technology teams.
- Any awareness or exposure to AWS cloud would be advantageous.
