Your new role:
We have an opening for a meticulous and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our MI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting data to help stakeholders make informed decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools particularly Qlik and Power BI. The Reporting Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their reporting needs and turn these into insightful reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner. The Reporting Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing reporting standards, and ensuring that all reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders by providing them with necessary reporting by gathering reporting requests, understanding their requirements, building reports, and managing ongoing reporting developments.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards in Qlik and Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity and troubleshoot data issues.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and identify trends and patterns in data.
- Support the Data MI & Analysis Team in the delivery of the Data Strategy.
- Maintain documentation for data processes and reporting standards.
- Train and support staff on data reporting tools and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reports.
- Assist in the development of data management policies.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Work with the DWH developer to improve data collection and storage processes.
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis and reporting tools.
- Participate in data governance initiatives.
