MI & Data Analyst
Chester (Hybrid)
Full-Time, 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a proactive MI & Data Analyst to help turn our data into meaningful insight that drives better decisions, stronger performance, and improved customer outcomes. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a business that values clarity, accuracy, and continuous improvement, where your work will directly support both operational teams and strategic growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Turning data into clear, actionable insight to support better business decisions and performance
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, Excel reports and forecasting models
- Analysing trends across volumes, utilisation, customer behaviour and operational performance
- Supporting forecasting and forward-looking insight to help teams plan effectively
- Delivering accurate reporting, MI and adhoc analysis for operational, finance and leadership teams
- Supporting strategic invoicing processes, including reconciliation, validation and query resolution
- Improving data quality, controls and consistency across operational and financial reporting
- Identifying opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Using digital tools and exploring AI-enabled solutions to improve insight and efficiency
- Supporting operational helpdesks and ensuring reporting requests are handled accurately and on time
- Helping improve processes, reporting structures and day-to-day operational workflows

What we’re looking for:
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Experience with SQL or other query languages
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-enabled reporting solutions
- Experience with forecasting, trend analysis, or commercial reporting
- Confident Excel user with experience working with large or complex data sets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
