This is an influential role with genuine scope: you will own critical reporting cycles, advance Power BI as our principal MI platform and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver elegant, scalable reporting solutions.

Your mandate
- Own trusted MI: extract, validate and reconcile data across CRM, finance systems and Excel.
- Develop Power BI: build robust datasets, models and dashboards that provide a consistent view of performance.
- Deliver insight: translate fund, financial and operational data into clear reporting and recommendations.
- Automate and improve: simplify reporting, reduce manual processes and strengthen data governance.
- Partner across FSE: work with Finance, regional teams and technical colleagues to deliver change and support forecasts, valuations and audits.
The expertise you will bring
You will pair technical excellence with commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and the presence to make sophisticated analysis clear and compelling for senior decision-makers.
- Advanced Power BI, Power Pivot and Excel skills, including data modelling and DAX.
- Strong SQL capability and experience analysing complex datasets.
- Experience delivering accurate MI, dashboards and controlled reporting cycles.
- A track record of automating processes and improving reporting quality.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience in fund management, financial reporting or regulated financial services is desirable, but strong transferable expertise is equally welcome.
