Exciting Opportunity for a MI Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a MI Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. This role is a full time position working remotely.

As the MI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data visualisation and reporting capabilities. You will lead from the front to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Your expertise in data visualisation and business intelligence will be essential to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The role is an equal split between management and development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in the development of dashboards and reports.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop a strategic plan for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to various business units.
  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously optimise existing Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
  • Training and Development: Train team members in Power BI best practices and keep them updated on the latest industry trends.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability in reports and dashboards.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, and resources effectively to deliver Power BI solutions on schedule.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of data solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, data sources, and processes.

What You'll Have

  • Proven experience in Power BI development and data visualisation.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modelling.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Power BI certification is a plus.
