At Reed Screening & Compliance, we're trusted by organisations across the UK to deliver fast, accurate and compliant pre-employment screening solutions. We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MI Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering management information, reporting, forecasting and commercial insights that drive business performance.

If you enjoy turning data into meaningful insights, building impactful reports and working closely with operational and leadership teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As our MI Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and insightful management information that supports operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering management information reports for teams, managers and senior leaders.
  • Producing regular performance reporting across Reed Screening & Compliance.
  • Creating innovative reporting solutions to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Developing monthly and quarterly business reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Producing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
  • Managing monthly invoicing for external clients and internal cross-charges.
  • Reconciling expenditure against budgets and identifying anomalies.
  • Supporting new business proposals through the production of pricing and quote models.
  • Assisting with forecasting demand and resource planning.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across Finance, MI and operational teams.

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience working within a Management Information, Data Analyst or Reporting role.
  • Experience producing dashboards, reports and business insight packs for leadership teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, reporting and analysis.
  • Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
  • The ability to analyse complex data and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
