Microbiology Technician

Function Description

An opportunity for a Microbiology Technician to join a laboratory-based manufacturing environment supporting the production and testing of microbiological products. The role focuses on the preparation of reagents, handling of microorganisms, and execution of laboratory procedures in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manufacture microbiological reagents and intermediates.
  • Perform routine microbiological testing and in-process quality control checks.
  • Handle and maintain microorganisms in accordance with laboratory procedures.
  • Complete production and testing documentation accurately.
  • Monitor laboratory stock levels and support inventory management.
  • Contribute to health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities.
