About Amazon Logistics
The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world-class last-mile delivery operation. Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way possible.
About the EU Micromobility Team
The EU Micromobility team drives effective expansion of micro-mobility solutions including e-cargo bikes, electric mopeds, and walkers, supporting customer-facing initiatives like 1-hour groceries.
This role can be based in LHR140 in the UK, but also other AMZL office locations like MUC21 Munich or LUX20, Luxembourg.
Micro Mobility (Micro) delivery solutions are optimal in areas with high demand and delivery density, limited access for vans, increased traffic restrictions, and historic centers with extensive pedestrian areas. Micro has the ability to create win-win situations, saving costs for AMZL, reducing carbon emissions, and helping cities in their ambitions to reshape city centers, moving away from cars and becoming greener.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be able to shape and define how Micromobility will grow and develop within Amazon Logistics. The role is built around creating and providing accurate forecasts for Micromobility with relevant Micro planning tools like channel topology optimizer. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record, and has experience in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by well-defined analysis and research. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, relish working with data, and enjoys the challenge of solving complex and ambiguous problems.
As a Micromobility Planning Analyst, you will be working on micromobility plans, both long to short term. You will work cross-functionally and build key relationships to ensure that decisions are made and action. The goal is to work towards full integration of Micro planning into standardized planning processes, supported by senior planning specialists.
In this position, you will take ownership of micromobility planning. You’ll exercise sound judgment, making sure plans are realistic and achievable. And it’ll be worth it; the impact you could have, within one of the world’s biggest, most innovative companies, won’t go unnoticed. At Amazon, we trust the people we hire and provide plenty of support to help to set you up for success. Our culture is very learn-by-doing oriented; you will take control of your career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Team
EU Micromobility delivers last-mile solutions optimized for urban environments where van-based delivery methods face increasing constraints. Since launching in 2020, we operate eCargoBikes, eCargoMopeds, and Walkers (pushcarts) across European (EU) cities. These vehicles overcome access restrictions and areas with limited park and stop opportunities, enabling operational cost reduction and delivery productivity improvement. Micro serves as a strategic pillar of AMZL's urban delivery network while supporting Amazon's Climate Pledge commitment to reach net-zero carbon by 2040 across operations.
The EU Micromobility team designs, drives, and scales the program across Europe. We focus on achieving cost-optimal operations through innovation, continuous improvement, and integration. Our team operates with dedicated POCs in Planning, Launch, Process Improvement, Tech Integration, Fleet, and Speed. We collaborate closely with Last Mile (LM) teams and partner with Operations Integration (OI), the local Micro SMEs in each geography.
