About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our remote team. This position requires a strong command over the entire Microsoft 365 environment - including user management, security, compliance, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also highly organized, reliable, and self-sufficient with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user identities, licensing, and access across Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox management, mail flow rules, and compliance features.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive for Business environments.
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Teams configurations, policies, and guest access.
• Implement and maintain security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and compliance policies.
• Enroll and manage devices using Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) with compliance and configuration profiles.
• Monitor service health, track new updates via Message Center, and manage support tickets.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and industry best practices.
