The Opportunity
Accelero are currently working with a well-established international organisation that is investing heavily in its Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environment across the UK and Europe.
We're looking for a Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Support Specialist to join their IT team, supporting and enhancing a large-scale Microsoft 365 estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience who enjoys working across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security, governance, and end-user technologies.
You'll act as a key point of contact for Microsoft 365 services, working closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders to improve the user experience, maintain platform stability, and support ongoing Modern Workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, document management, and governance activities.
- Support Microsoft 365 tenant administration, security, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with Microsoft Purview and data governance requests.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user guidance.
- Work closely with Service Desk teams to resolve recurring issues and improve support processes.
- Support Microsoft Copilot and wider Modern Workplace initiatives.
- Collaborate with UK and European stakeholders on Microsoft 365 projects and improvements.

Requirements
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and governance.
- Experience supporting Teams, OneDrive, and wider Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Background in 2nd or 3rd line IT support, Infrastructure Support, or Modern Workplace environments.
- Exposure to Microsoft security, compliance, or Purview technologies would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work from the Doncaster office on a full-time basis.
