Position: Microsoft AI Business Process Lead

Job Description:

As an AI Business Process Lead, you own Arrow’s strategy for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform - a strategic growth area within Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions category. You define, in alignment with the AI Business Solutions Lead, how Arrow accelerates Business Central & Power Platform adoption and sales as a distributor, and you make that strategy real through frameworks, motions and campaigns.

You are the connection point between Microsoft, Arrow’s country teams and our partners. You enable our internal country teams, our partners, and their customers - turning the AI Business Process portfolio into practical, repeatable offers that land in every region and country.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy for the AI Business Process pillar for Arrow, in alignment with the direction set by the AI Business Solutions Lead, and translate it into a concrete, prioritised plan.
  • Align with Microsoft and stakeholders by acting as Arrow’s point of contact with Microsoft and internal/external stakeholders to agree the joint strategy, priorities and investments for AI Business Process.
  • Build frameworks and go-to-market motions that make it easy for countries and partners to sell and deliver - repeatable initiatives, offers and playbooks designed to accelerate sales.
  • Drive country adoption as the central point of contact for all country teams: launch initiatives, follow up on execution, and make sure every motion lands consistently across all countries and regions.
  • Serve the layers: country teams, partners and their customers - enabling each layer before moving to the next.
  • Lead marketing campaigns for the pillar, in coordination with our Marketing contact and Microsoft, to generate demand and pipeline.
  • Skill up teams and partners by defining and running enablement on AI Business Process products for internal teams and the partner ecosystem.
  • Create packaged services - turning products into ready-to-sell services, motions and frameworks that partners and countries can take to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
