Job Description:
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We help businesses grow faster, operate more efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market.
We are looking for a Microsoft AI Engineer to join our growing Microsoft team and support the development of AI agent solutions across EMEA.
The Role
As a Microsoft AI Engineer, you will support partners, internal teams, and end customers across EMEA with the design, development, integration, and implementation of AI agents. You will help translate customer needs into practical solutions, contribute to proof of concepts and quick developments, and guide stakeholders on how Microsoft technologies can be used to deliver effective AI agent outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Support partners, internal teams, and end customers across EMEA with the development and integration of AI agents.
- Contribute to proof of concepts, demos, and quick/simple developments that show how AI agents can address customer challenges.
- Engage in customer and partner discussions to understand business needs and help define the best implementation approach for AI agents.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI capabilities.
- Help partners identify relevant AI agent use cases and translate them into practical, commercially relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and vendor teams to support AI-related opportunities and customer engagements.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and learnings around emerging AI agent topics with internal teams and partners.
- Support customer-facing conversations by explaining technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Maintain awareness of developments in Microsoft AI technologies, security considerations, and the broader AI agent landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
