Microsoft AI Pre-Sales Lead

Remote UK | Occasional Client Travel

Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

I am currently working with a specialist Microsoft Partner that is investing into their AI and Business Applications practice. They are looking for a Microsoft AI Pre-Sales Lead to help drive enterprise AI opportunities across the UK. This is a leadership position with a strong customer-facing focus. Leading a team of AI specialists, being actively involved in shaping opportunities, running workshops, delivering demonstrations and helping customers understand how Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI technologies can solve real business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Running customer discovery workshops to identify AI use cases and business challenges
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations, presentations and proof-of-concepts
  • Acting as the technical lead on strategic customer opportunities
  • Designing end-to-end AI solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform and Fabric
  • Supporting bid responses, proposals and customer presentations
  • Developing reusable assets, accelerators and AI propositions
  • Helping drive pipeline growth and revenue generation across the Microsoft practice
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery teams
  • Leading and mentoring a team of AI Pre-Sales Consultants

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies
  • Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting or Solution Architecture
  • Experience delivering customer workshops, demos and solution presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
