In Our Team, You Will
- Help clients harness data and AI technologies to solve business challenges, through the delivery of complex data programmes.
- Help clients design, develop, deploy, and run high quality data engineering and AI solutions across a range of industries with varying business and organisational challenges.
- Work with the latest technology solutions from industry and academia and learn how to apply them to solve real-world customer problems.
As an AI Senior Engineer (Senior Manager), You Will
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Azure AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning and Azure services.
- Design and implement RAG, vector search, AI agents and LLM-based applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, applications and APIs.
- Establish AI engineering, security, governance, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
- Lead technical teams and mentor AI engineers and developers.
- Work with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Support architecture, solution shaping, proposals and business.
- Oversee the development of use-case and platform technology solutions to tackle critical business challenges, using both reference and emerging technologies, engineering patterns, and AI Services.
- Play a pivotal role in the Accenture Data & AI community, driving thought leadership by sharing insights and experiences from cutting-edge client projects and research initiatives.
We Are Looking For Significant Experience In
- Experience of technology/software engineering experience with strong AI expertise.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI/Generative AI solutions.
- Strong Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI/Microsoft Foundry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, RAG, LLMs, vector databases/search and AI agents.
- Strong understanding of AI security, governance and responsible AI.
- Experience leading engineering teams and large-scale technology programmes.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Consulting or large enterprise experience is desirable.
- Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Complex programme planning and delivery in the data and AI domains.

- Certified cloud credentials (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional).
- Experience in leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in delivering production-grade data and AI solutions.
