About the Role
As Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will own Aptean’s Microsoft partner management across Europe in a remote, Manager-level individual contributor role. You will work across Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Technical teams to create one coordinated approach to Microsoft partnership management. The role exists to improve program utilisation, support sales and commercial outcomes, and secure value from Aptean’s Microsoft alliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Aptean’s primary point of contact for Microsoft and coordinate partner relationships
- Own partner claims, program requirements, eligibility, compliance activities and related portals
- Identify, pursue and claim Microsoft funding, incentives, promotions and co-sell opportunities
- Advise Sales and Commercial teams on licensing, programs and commercial structures
- Coordinate Microsoft involvement in customer engagements and investigate emerging opportunities
About You
You are proactive, commercially minded and analytical, with strong ownership and follow-through. You can translate complex Microsoft requirements and opportunities into clear, actionable guidance. You communicate effectively in English and build relationships with Microsoft and partner stakeholders across European markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Significant experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, partner programs, funding, incentives and eligibility
- Strong English communication skills and stakeholder-management capability
- Ability to advise on commercial alignment and translate complex requirements into action
To be ahead of the pack, you might have:
- Experience working for a Microsoft partner
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud offerings and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Knowledge of the European Business Central ecosystem
- Experience coordinating activity across multiple business units or acquired companies
