We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Alliances & Marketing Manager to drive our strategic Microsoft partnership across the UK & Ireland while acting as the regional marketing lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Microsoft alliance across the UK&I region.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and field teams.
- Drive co-sell opportunities, joint GTM initiatives, and Microsoft-influenced pipeline growth.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Solution teams to identify and convert opportunities.
- Coordinate UK&I marketing activities including campaigns, events, webinars, roundtables, and executive engagements.
- Align regional marketing priorities with global marketing teams.
- Leverage Microsoft partner programs, funding, incentives, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Promote growth across Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft 365, Security, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Managed Services.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Alliances, Partnerships, Business Development, Technology Sales, or B2B Technology Marketing.
- Proven experience managing or developing Microsoft partner relationships.
- Background within an IT Services company, Systems Integrator, MSP, Technology Consultancy, or Microsoft Partner.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and co-sell motion.
- Experience driving pipeline growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Existing network within Microsoft UK&I.
- Knowledge of Microsoft's partner programs, funding, incentives, and Solutions Partner designations.
- Experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Security, Data & AI, Copilot, and Modern Work solutions.
