The Role: Microsoft Business Architect

Join Our Dynamic Go-To-Market Team

Position yourself at the forefront of Microsoft enterprise solutions by joining Kyndryl as a Microsoft Business Architect. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics, Security, and Data & AI) to drive transformative solutions for global customers.

Your Mission

As a trusted architect and visionary, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Kyndryl Consult Partners and stakeholders to co-create innovative, cross-practice Microsoft solutions.
  • Delivering high-impact demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes that showcase Kyndryl’s technical expertise.
  • Supporting pre-sales, consulting, and architecture efforts across sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
  • Representing Kyndryl at Microsoft events, reinforcing our strategic alignment and credibility.
  • Coordinating pre-sales processes, compliance, and proposal development to ensure optimal technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagements: Identify business and technical requirements to design tailored Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Drive go-to-market innovation: Collaborate with alliance partners to co-create solutions and align with Microsoft’s engagement structures (ATU, STU, CSU).
  • Deliver compelling value propositions: Visualise the strategic and technical benefits of cross-practicing solutions through interactive demos and prototypes.
  • Align internally and externally: Work with Microsoft alliance teams and ecosystem partners to build and nurture strategic relationships.
  • Represent Kyndryl: Showcase skills at key industry forums, enhancing trust and credibility.

What You Will Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft stack: Proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security, and Data & AI.
  • Proven consultative selling background: Experience translating Microsoft technologies into industry-relevant customer solutions.
  • Sales & pre-sales acumen: Minimum 5+ years in Microsoft-focused roles (sales, consulting, or architecture).
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence both executives (C-level) and technical teams effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
