Microsoft Change & Adoption Specialist
Location: Doncaster
Salary: 55k + Benefits
Our client, a leading Microsoft consultancy, is looking to appoint a Microsoft Change & Adoption Specialist to help organisations unlock the full value of their Microsoft technology investments.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change professional who thrives on driving user engagement, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
Working as part of a high-performing digital transformation team, you'll play a key role in helping clients successfully navigate change, maximise user adoption, and realise measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management and adoption strategies for Microsoft technology programmes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and build strong relationships at all organisational levels.
- Create and execute communication, training, and user enablement plans.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and identify adoption risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and adoption campaigns.
- Monitor and report on adoption metrics, user engagement, and business value realisation.
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful solution deployment.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering Change & Adoption initiatives within Microsoft technology environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Power Platform, and/or Dynamics 365.
- Experience applying recognised change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and engage users at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience developing training materials, communications, and adoption content.
