Job Title
Are you an experienced Microsoft cloud specialist looking for more ownership of the environments you support? At Communications Solutions UK, you'll take the lead on complex client issues, help deliver cloud projects and improve the reliability and consistency of our managed services.
We're a growing family business, so the role offers a mix of technical support and project work, exposure to new technology, and opportunities for your role to evolve as the business grows.
What you'll do
You'll be a senior technical point of contact for our managed service clients, working across Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and the Modern Workplace stack. You'll:
- Resolve complex escalations from the service desk and investigate the causes of recurring issues.
- Design and build Azure and hybrid environments, including migrations, infrastructure changes and tenant onboarding.
- Scope and deliver client projects through to handover.
- Design, deploy and manage Intune, SharePoint Online, Entra ID and hybrid identity solutions.
- Review client environments for security, resilience, cost and licensing, and recommend practical improvements.
- Support colleagues through technical guidance, knowledge sharing and clear documentation.

What we're looking for
You'll have third-line or senior support experience and be comfortable taking ownership of complex technical issues. Experience in a managed service provider would be particularly useful.
You'll need strong Azure infrastructure knowledge, alongside experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and identity management. You should also be familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory and other components of hybrid environments. Just as important is your ability to diagnose problems thoroughly and explain solutions clearly to both technical colleagues and clients.

Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102 or MD-102 are welcome, as is experience with scripting, infrastructure as code, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview or RMM and PSA platforms.
