Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist

Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join a growing Microsoft Partner delivering cloud transformation projects for customers across the UK.
This is a customer-facing Professional Services role where you'll design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions, helping organisations modernise collaboration, security and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
  • Deploy and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
  • Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity.
  • Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery.
  • Deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace and on-premises migrations.
  • Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise throughout project delivery.
  • Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
  • Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
  • Develop PowerShell automation to improve administration and delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practice.

What We're Looking For

You'll have hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.

Experience with some or most of the following is desirable:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • Exchange Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • PowerShell
  • Microsoft Graph
  • Tenant-to-tenant migrations
  • Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
  • On-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations

Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401 would be advantageous but aren't essential.
