Microsoft Copilot AI Consultant

Hybrid or Remote - Regular client visits in London

Our client, a growing Microsoft consultancy based in West London, is hiring a Microsoft Copilot AI Consultant to design and deploy intelligent agentic automation across Microsoft 365, Azure AI and Power Platform.

This is a hands-on build role for someone who comes from a Microsoft consultancy or partner background. You'll create AI agents that plan, reason and execute real business processes, not just chatbots bolted onto a helpdesk, and you'll be comfortable in front of clients.

Hybrid or fully remote considered, but you'll need to be able to meet clients face to face in London when required.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and building AI powered Copilot and agentic automation solutions across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform
  • Developing AI agents that can reason, plan and execute multi-step business processes
  • Building RAG solutions using internal knowledge bases and enterprise data
  • Integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI) into business applications and workflows
  • Building automations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure Functions and Microsoft Graph API
  • Configuring and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot, including custom plugins and connectors
  • Connecting AI solutions to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Dynamics and other data sources
  • Running workshops and demos with stakeholders to drive AI adoption
  • Implementing AI governance, security and compliance controls (GDPR, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
