Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Consultant
Location: Hybrid, City of London 2-3 days per week
Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract
Industry: Insurance / Reinsurance
IR35 determination: Inside
Rate: up to £450 per day
Overview
We are partnering with a leading global insurance and reinsurance organisation that is investing heavily in digital transformation, automation, and modernisation across its business operations.
As part of this initiative, they are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders in the London office.
This is a highly visible role focused on driving the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, identifying automation opportunities, and rapidly delivering solutions using Power Automate and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot across the business.
- Design, develop and implement workflows using Power Automate.
- Build low-code solutions using Power Apps where appropriate.
- Help business teams maximise productivity through AI-enabled automation and process transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
- Proven expertise in Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Experience developing solutions with Power Apps.
- Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and gather requirements.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
- Experience driving user adoption and organisational change.
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions at pace.
