Microsoft Copilot Solutions Lead | London
We are working with a leading global investment manager to appoint a Microsoft Copilot Solutions Lead to design and deliver AI-powered business solutions across a complex global enterprise.
This is a hands-on delivery role, not an AI adoption, training, or strategy-only position. You’ll act as an internal consultant, working with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, build prototypes, and take solutions through to implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions
- Assess use cases across Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Work with Cloud, Security, Data, EUC, UCC, and Enterprise Applications teams
- Evaluate integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Address security, data governance, permissions, and AI risks
- Develop reusable AI solution patterns and standards
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value

What we are looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or Power Platform
- Ability to independently build prototypes and practical solutions
- Strong understanding of APIs, connectors, identity, permissions, and data governance
- Knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs, including grounding, retrieval, and hallucination risks
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Experience delivering technology solutions within complex enterprise environments

This is a 6 months plus engagement opportunity. Financial services / investment management experience is highly desirable.
