Microsoft Copilot Specialist
Contract: 3 Months
Location: Remote
Rate: Up to £450 per day
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Specialist to design, build, and implement AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents. The successful candidate will drive productivity improvements, automate business processes, and support AI-led transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Build and configure custom copilots and conversational AI experiences using Copilot Studio.
- Develop and implement Copilot Agents and agentic workflows to automate business processes.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Support end-user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance for AI-enabled transformation programmes.
- Monitor, optimise, and continuously improve deployed Copilot solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing and implementing AI Agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI (desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services and/or Azure OpenAI.
- Solution architecture and technical consulting experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working within enterprise environments and governance frameworks.

Desirable Skills
- Microsoft certifications relating to Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Solution Architecture.
- Experience delivering AI transformation or digital workplace programmes.
- Understanding of data protection, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
