About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Data & AI Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimising Data Security and AI solutions that drive business transformation for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, and Agent 365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for: Microsoft Purview, Copilot, Agent 365.
  • Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview deployments, ensuring they meet our customers’ requirements and align with best practice.
  • Deliver secure and compliant AI engagements: leveraging Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Cognitive Services tailored to client business needs.
  • Monitor evolving: data privacy and AI compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, HIPAA) and ensure client controls remain aligned.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to engineering teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to grow our organisations knowledge.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, working directly with clients to understand their business objectives and developing data security and AI strategies.
  • Presales Support: Work directly with our sales team to support them in scoping client requirements, completing RFP responses, and authoring proposals for clients.
  • Own CyberOne’s Data Security & AI Roadmap: Be the thought-leader within our organisation and take full ownership of ensuring our organisation is a forerunner in the AI race.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Deep experience implementing Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, Agent 365, Cognitive Service, Machine Learning, and similar.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and governance across cloud and hybrid deployments.
  • Strong understanding of regulations and frameworks (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design and implement both professional and managed services to safeguard our client’s data.
  • Hands-on experience with Agent 365, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Cognitive Services, especially in securing AI workloads and data inputs/outputs.
  • Strong consulting, client communication, and presentation skills to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
  • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
