About the Company
We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architects to join our team across multiple experience levels.
About the Role
Strong end-to-end D365 implementation and solution design experience required.
Responsibilities
- Strong end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and solution design experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, ALM, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Junior D365 Architect – 3–6 Years
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 implementations and solution design.
- Good understanding of D365 CE/CRM functionality and configuration.
- Exposure to Power Platform and D365 integrations.
- Ability to work with senior architects and functional/technical teams.
Mid-Level D365 Architect – 6–10 Years
- Strong experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into technical designs.
- Strong knowledge of D365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, integrations, and Dataverse.
- Experience with solution architecture, testing, deployment, and ALM.
- Ability to lead technical workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Senior D365 Architect – 10+ Years

- Extensive experience leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and solution architecture.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale D365 solutions.
- Strong expertise across D365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and Azure.
- Experience leading architecture decisions, technical teams, governance, security, and ALM.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex technical solutions to business leadership.
- Experience mentoring architects, developers, and consultants.
Required Skills
We are looking for professionals who can demonstrate strong end-to-end D365 implementation and solution design experience, with the ability to work across business requirements, architecture, development, integration, deployment, and production support.
