We are working with a growing end-user organisation in Newcastle that is looking to appoint a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BC professional to move into an end-user environment and take greater ownership of the platform, working closely with the business to understand requirements, improve processes, and maximise the value of Business Central. You will play a key role in supporting and developing the organisation's Business Central solution, working with stakeholders across the business and helping shape the future direction of the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and continuously improve the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BC solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Business Central
  • Manage system configuration, enhancements, and ongoing optimisation
  • Support users with Business Central-related queries and issues
  • Work with external partners and developers where required
  • Assist with testing, upgrades, releases, and new functionality
  • Contribute to the ongoing Business Central roadmap and development strategy
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and best practices
  • Provide guidance and knowledge to internal users and stakeholders

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Good understanding of Business Central functionality and configuration
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects and improvements
  • Previous experience within an end-user environment is advantageous
