Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant

Remote – UK | Full Time | Permanent

An established and growing Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Support Consultant to join its Customer Services team.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a growing international customer base across Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.

The Role

You will provide high-quality functional and technical support to customers, taking ownership of support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.

You’ll work closely with customers, internal consulting and technical teams, as well as third-party software providers, ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly and resolved within agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support queries via telephone, email and online support systems
  • Investigate Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform issues
  • Manage support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
  • Ensure cases are progressed and resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Liaise with internal Professional Services teams and third-party suppliers
  • Keep customers updated throughout the support process
  • Prioritise and manage your own support workload
  • Produce KPI and support reporting for management
  • Help customers maximise the value of their Microsoft technology

Essential Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) experience
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including exposure to:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • Power Pages
    • Copilot Studio
  • Previous experience within a support and/or consultancy environment
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training or supporting users
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills
  • Experience working to SLAs and managing multiple support cases

About You

You’ll be a self-motivated Microsoft Dynamics professional who enjoys solving problems and working directly with customers.

You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with wider consulting, development and customer service teams.

Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers are essential.
