Are you a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect?
A greenfield D365 Finance & Operations implementation, with the architecture still to be defined. You'll be the technical authority on the programme: owning the solution blueprint from the first Architecture Design Session, holding the line on "configure, don't customise," and representing the architecture through Microsoft FastTrack governance. Scope spans Finance, Procurement, Asset Management and Project Operations, with integration into Salesforce, Power Platform and Azure.
What you'll do
- Lead Architecture Design Sessions and produce the solution blueprint, following Success by Design
- Own the configuration-vs-customisation calls, and the functional architecture across the modules in scope
- Define the environment strategy, ALM approach and DevOps release pipeline
- Own the integration architecture across Salesforce, Power Platform, Azure and third-party billing and asset systems
- Set the data migration, volume and performance strategy for a net-new go-live, and the security model to segregation-of-duties standards
- Define the testing strategy, support cutover planning, and act as technical authority at FastTrack touchpoints

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
