Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect (ERP Lead)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead the enterprise architecture for a major digital transformation.

This programme replaces a legacy ERP estate with a modern Dynamics 365 platform across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM operations. Supporting approximately 2,000 back-office users, the initiative has full C-suite backing and is scheduled for parallel design and staggered releases through 2027.

The Role & Key Responsibilities 🏗️

  • Technical Governance: Act as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Partner Oversight: Review and critically challenge implementation partner designs to ensure solution blueprints remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with standard platform capabilities.
  • Process & Architecture Design: Lead end-to-end solution design across General Ledger, procurement, asset management, and inventory.
  • Roadmap Governance: Track Microsoft product releases and evaluate upcoming features to keep the platform architecture future-proof.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Provide Level 3 technical escalation support and mentor internal application and delivery teams.
  • Peer Collaboration: Join a peer group of five internal Solutions Architects meeting bi-monthly to align cross-domain data, AI, and integration strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
