Dynamics 365 CE Consultant – Field Service
£60,000–£70,000 | 10% Bonus | Car Allowance | Home Based | Permanent
Nigel Frank International is working with a client to recruit a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant with strong Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
This is a key role within an established Dynamics team, supporting and developing a recently implemented D365 CE environment across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders and external partners to support, configure and enhance Field Service and wider CE applications, helping deliver future improvements and deployments across multiple business units.
The Role
Support, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CE, with a key focus on Field Service.
- Work with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes and recommend practical system improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support Field Service processes including work orders, bookings, resource scheduling, status updates and related data.
- Configure and maintain D365 CE functionality including forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles and model-driven applications.
- Support integrations, data flows, change requests and defect resolution alongside internal teams and external support partners.
- Troubleshoot system and end-user issues, ensuring solutions remain aligned with Microsoft releases and business requirements.
- Lead and support testing, regression testing, documentation and user training.
- Contribute to the continued development of wider D365 CE capabilities, including Sales and Customer Service where required.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Dynamics 365 CE functional consultant, application support or configuration-focused role.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and improving Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Experience with Field Service work orders, bookings, resource scheduling and operational processes.
- Confident configuring D365 CE, including forms, views, business rules, security roles and Dataverse.
- Power Automate experience, including building and troubleshooting flows.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and user-facing communication skills.
- Experience translating business needs into practical D365 functionality.
- Comfortable supporting testing, documentation, training and end-user adoption.

Desirable Experience
- Experience across Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform certifications.
- Power Apps and wider Power Platform capability.
- Experience working with integrations and data migration.
- Azure DevOps or structured release-management experience.
- Automation, Copilot or AI exposure within Dynamics 365.
- Experience in construction, energy, field-based services or another operational environment.
