Dynamics 365 Technical Lead
Location: Hybrid Working (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH)
Start Date: January 2027
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join a growing technology consultancy delivering innovative Microsoft Business Applications solutions to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
- Design scalable and effective solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to colleagues.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Support solution architecture, project planning, and scope management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to technical best practice.
- Engage with clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 3-4+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong Power Platform experience, including:
- Power Automate
- Model-Driven Apps
- Canvas Apps
- Power BI
- PCF Controls
- Dynamics 365 Sales experience.
- JavaScript development skills.
- API integration experience.
- Strong solution design and problem-solving abilities.
- Team leadership experience or the ability to lead technical workstreams.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
