Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customising, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and solution architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
- Create and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations, and Web APIs.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
- Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages solutions.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
- Produce technical design documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.

Experience
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementations and support engagements.
Preferred Certifications
- PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
- AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
