Lead the design and delivery of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure solutions that support a nationally recognised organisation and help shape the future of the UK's sport and physical activity sector.

We're looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our Digital Transformation team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of our digital transformation strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure technologies to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that support key business processes across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation to bring our CRM strategy to life through intelligent configuration, automation and application development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising our existing Dynamics 365 environment
  • Configuring, customising and enhancing D365 solutions
  • Designing and developing Power Apps and automated workflows
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions
  • Working alongside third-party suppliers and integration partners
  • Supporting users through training, guidance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Driving best practice across Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem

About you

You'll be a highly collaborative and technically capable professional with a passion for creating practical business solutions and has:

  • Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Azure (or willingness to work towards certification)
  • Extensive experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 within complex organisations
  • Experience designing, building and supporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution design
  • Experience working with Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps and Azure Blob Storage
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, QA and release management processes
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience supporting and enhancing business-critical systems
  • Ability to work independently whilst building strong relationships across the organisation
