What you'll be doing:
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Licensing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft Direct CSP programme, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, partners and internal teams. This role will pay a key part in driving the success of our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business.
In this role, you'll oversee licensing operations, billing, renewals, compliance and customer support, while leading a specialist team and driving continuous improvement across our CSP platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the operational delivery of the Microsoft CSP business
- Managing licensing, provisioning, billing and customer lifecycle activities
- Own the CSP renewals process throughout the year, particularly through renewal season (Jan-Mar), and driving into sales to act upon
- Owning Microsoft Partner Center operations and ensuring compliance with CSP requirements
- Working closely with Sales, Finance and Service teams to support growth and operational excellence
- Acting as the escalation point for customer and Microsoft licensing issues
- Driving process improvements, automation and operational efficiencies
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing CSP Operations team
- Supporting customer retention and identifying opportunities for growth within the existing client base

We want to hear from you if you:
- Have strong experience in Microsoft CSP, SaaS licensing or cloud operations, including Partner Center and the Microsoft CSP programme.
- Understand subscription lifecycle management, including provisioning, billing, renewals and customer administration.
- Have experience leading and developing teams, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
- Can build strong relationships across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery and Microsoft.
- Take ownership, solve problems at their source and continuously look for ways to improve processes and automation.
- Balance commercial awareness with operational accuracy, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience.
- Communicate complex licensing concepts in a clear, straightforward way.
- Ideally have experience within a Microsoft-focused MSP or CSP environment and are familiar with Microsoft partner compliance requirements.
