The Job Role

This is a varied and responsive role where you'll develop an in-depth understanding of our Westcoast partners' Microsoft software requirements and recommend the most appropriate Microsoft licensing agreements and solutions to meet their needs. You'll play a key part in helping partners navigate Microsoft's licensing programmes, using your product knowledge and attention to detail to deliver the right solution for every customer.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a busy workload, handling an average of 100+ emails each day and spending up to three hours on the phone supporting partners. A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner is essential.
  • Delivering a fast, efficient and high-quality service to develop and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Participating in end-user conference calls, including advising customers on transitioning existing licensing agreements to cloud services.
  • Advising on the most suitable Microsoft licensing programmes, including CSP, Perpetual CSP, NCE, Open Value, Open Value Subscription (OVS), OVS-ES and SPLA.
  • Supporting the management and ongoing maintenance of more than 10,000 legacy Microsoft Volume Licensing agreements.
  • Processing orders where required to support the sales process.
  • Committing to continuous professional development, including achieving Microsoft certifications such as MS-900.
  • Keeping your knowledge current across Microsoft licensing programmes, products and software agreements.
  • Identifying and analysing new licensing opportunities to support partner growth.
  • Working closely with the Operations team to resolve queries and ensure a seamless customer journey from quotation through to order completion.
  • Supporting the continued growth of the business, with opportunities to expand your knowledge into additional cloud software vendors beyond Microsoft.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
