Messaging & Collaboration Lead
We are seeking an experienced Messaging & Collaboration Lead to manage, support, and enhance the organization's messaging, collaboration, device management, and identity management platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Proofpoint, SharePoint Online, and MDM solutions, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient end-user collaboration services. The role will also involve driving platform modernization, governance, security compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Collaboration
- Lead administration and support of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Design, implement, and maintain messaging and collaboration solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage mail flow, email security, retention, archiving, and compliance policies.
Endpoint & Mobility Management
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Configure device compliance, application deployment, conditional access, and endpoint security policies.
- Ensure secure management of corporate and BYOD devices.
Identity & Access Management
- Administer and support Okta Identity and Access Management platform.
- Configure SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and federation integrations.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement identity governance and access controls.

Security & Email Protection
- Manage and administer Proofpoint solutions for email security, threat protection, and data loss prevention.
- Monitor email security incidents and implement remediation measures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
SharePoint Administration
- Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, governance, and content management.
- Support business users in leveraging SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Implement best practices for site architecture, security, and lifecycle management.
Operations & Service Management
- Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and platform modernization projects.
Mandatory Skills
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
- Microsoft Intune
- Okta Identity Management
- Proofpoint Email Security
- SharePoint Online
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience managing enterprise collaboration and messaging environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance features.

Good To Have Skills
- Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
- Windows Server Administration
- VMware Infrastructure
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Microsoft Security solutions (Defender, Conditional Access, DLP).
- Hybrid Exchange and Active Directory environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Administrator
- Okta Certified Administrator
- ITIL Foundation

Preferred Experience
Managing enterprise environments supporting 4000+ users with global messaging, collaboration, and endpoint management services.
