About the Company

We are currently seeking a talented Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to join a growing technology consultancy delivering innovative solutions across Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data, and the Microsoft ecosystem.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programmes, helping organisations modernise business processes through the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions. You will engage directly with stakeholders across both business and technology functions, delivering solutions that provide measurable business value while leveraging the latest advancements in AI and automation. This is a hybrid position based in the Belfast area, offering the opportunity to work across a diverse range of client engagements and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Build, deploy and support solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Deliver innovative automation and AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Contribute to solution quality assurance and best practice adoption.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and client-facing deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Support workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Security Requirement: SC Cleared or SC Clearable
  • Sponsorship: Not Available

Required Skills

  • Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of solution design, implementation, and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience across one or more of the following:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power Pages
    • Power BI
    • Copilot Studio
    • AI Builder
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a consultancy or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
  • Experience within Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Business Applications, or Digital Transformation projects would be highly beneficial.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft certifications within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-led solutions.
  • Consulting, business analysis, project delivery, or solution development experience.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Location: Belfast Area (Hybrid)
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
