Accenture's Microsoft Business Group (MBG) UK is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Delivery Manager at Level 7 to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Power Platform engagements across our UK client portfolio. Operating at the intersection of technology delivery and client account management, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes on high-value Microsoft Power Platform, D365, and AI Copilot programmes while building and developing high-performing delivery teams.
This is a senior individual contributor and people-leadership role within the MBG UK delivery capability, requiring deep technical fluency in Microsoft Power Platform combined with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management experience, and a track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients.
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for Microsoft Power Platform programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality outcomes
- Lead delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse implementations
- Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks including RAG reporting, milestone management, risk registers, and RAID logs
- Manage programme-level dependencies, escalations, and critical path planning across multi-vendor environments
- Drive adoption of Accenture's delivery methodology (Velocity) and Microsoft's recommended implementation patterns
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary senior point of contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite level, building trusted advisor relationships
- Lead executive-level steering committees, programme boards, and client workshops
- Manage client expectations through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and timely escalation
- Support business development activities including proposition development, bid responses, and solution design for new opportunities
- Contribute to account growth by identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing engagements
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams of 10–30+ comprising Accenture, Avanade, and client-side resources
- Define resource plans, manage onboarding, and maintain appropriate team structures across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
- Champion a culture of delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and psychological safety within delivery teams
- Collaborate with Microsoft CSU, ATU, and STU counterparts to align delivery activities with Microsoft account strategy
- Support capability development across the MBG UK practice through knowledge sharing, coaching, and contribution to internal communities of practice

Commercial & Financial Management
- Own programme P&L including revenue recognition, margin management, and cost forecasting
- Manage change control processes including scope management, commercial variations, and contract adherence
- Contribute to qualified pipeline development in line with MBG UK
- Ensure compliance with Accenture's contractual, legal, and commercial governance requirements
Technical Oversight
- Provide architectural oversight and technical governance across Power Platform solution delivery
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices for Power Platform CoE, ALM, security, and governance
- Oversee integration design across D365, M365, Azure, and third-party systems via Power Automate and custom connectors
- Champion AI Copilot and Copilot Studio adoption within client engagements, aligned to MBG's AI Copilot go-to-market
- Maintain awareness of the Microsoft Power Platform roadmap and translate emerging capabilities into client value propositions
Delivery & Programme Management
- Experience of technology delivery on Microsoft Power Platform or D365 programmes
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programmes for enterprise clients in regulated industries
- Strong command of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and waterfall/hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing distributed delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
- Formal project/programme management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP Practitioner
Microsoft Power Platform Expertise
- Deep functional and technical understanding of the Power Platform suite: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Experience delivering D365 CE, D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service, or D365 Sales implementations at enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit, ALM strategies, environment management, and governance frameworks
- Understanding of Power Platform security model: Azure AD, row-level security, and Dataverse role-based access control
- Familiarity with integration patterns: REST/OData APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and custom connectors
- Awareness of Copilot Studio and AI Builder capabilities and their application in enterprise automation
Commercial & Consulting
- Experience in a consulting, SI, or managed services environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships, including contract negotiation, change control, and scope management
- Experience contributing to bid responses, client proposals, and solution architecture documents
- Strong business acumen with ability to articulate technology ROI and business value to non-technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with Accenture's Microsoft delivery methodologies including Velocity and mADP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Sentinel in an enterprise context
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector verticals in the UK
Required Certifications
- PL-400: advanced Power Platform development skills including custom connectors, PCF controls, and ALM
- PL-600: the Solution Architect designation is expected for senior delivery leadership on complex Power Platform programmes at Accenture
- AI-200 / AI-103: Microsoft's new 2026 developer track aligned to AI-integrated cloud and Copilot Studio delivery — critical for MBG's AI Copilot go-to-market motion
- AI-901: mandatory AI literacy baseline across all MBG UK roles — covers generative AI, Azure AI services, and Copilot concepts
