Help shape the future of digital services at LHC Procurement Group.

We're looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer. In this opportunity you will play a key role in the development activities for our Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environment, building solutions that genuinely improve how our people and customers work.

About the role

You'll work across Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365, creating everything from internal business applications and automated processes to customer-facing digital services. If you enjoy solving real business problems, working directly with stakeholders and seeing the impact of your work, this role offers plenty of scope to make your mark as we continue our digital transformation journey.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop, configure and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organisation
  • Enhance and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 through forms, views, dashboards, workflows and business rules
  • Design and maintain data models and governance controls
  • Build automated workflows
  • Create and support customer-facing portals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver practical solutions
  • Support testing, documentation, deployment and ongoing system improvements
  • Provide user support, training and guidance
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new Microsoft technologies and capabilities to enhance and improve business operations

About you

You enjoy combining technical development with business engagement and contributing to the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent educational level
  • Relevant experience in Microsoft business applications, Power Platform, low-code development, software configuration or business systems support, gained through experience
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages
  • Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of data modelling, workflows and automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business challenges and turn them into practical digital solutions
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High organisational skills and the manage multiple priorities while delivering projects to agreed timescales
